Nicholas Cage: America's sweetheart

We review the new Axe Cop show, The Wolverine, and The Way, Way Back.  Adrian pitches Marvel a new movie called Street Level.  We figure out where to start watching Dr. Who.   We try to string the movies Independence Day, Pursuit of Happiness, and Enemy of the State into one narrative.  We also do this with What’s Eating Gilbert Grape, The Aviator, and Gangs of New York.  Are all the Pixar movies in the same universe?  And we try to string together the actor/actress with the largest consecutive streak of good movies.

Quick, hide the Winter Soldier!

We break down much of the big news from Comicon.  Batman and Superman team up in 2015, The Flash gets his own movie in 2016, and The Justice League in 2017.  We talk about The Wolverine.  The Avengers will battle Ultron.  Zach and Biggs debate whether The Ultimates was a good book.  Biggs tells what the hell is going on in The Superior Spider-Man.  The first footage of Captain America:  Winter Soldier sees the light of day, and how Comicon pushes it back into the dark.  The Walking Dead Season Four trailer debuts.  Is Star Wars still a viable franchise?  Was Jimmy Fallon the most overrated SNL alumni?  And we list off all the big blockbusters scheduled for 2015.
